We manufactured this batch of flanges for our Ireland customer shown in the listing below. Material is SS316, including 72″ AWWA C207 Class D & 48″ AWWA C207 Class B ring flange and blind flange. One of 72” forged blind flange outer diameter is 2197mm and unit weight is more than 3.3tons.
All the flanges of this batch are coated with RILSAN PA11 GREY 5161 MAC imported from France. Primer is Primgreen LAT 12035. The minimum thickness of dry film is 300 microns. Excellent corrosion resistance performance makes the corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel flanges similar to duplex steel S32750 (2507).
